A: There is no Rating or Ranking involved when playing Mahjong School. Free Players can join rated Fun Games and gain rating but their rating will be reset to 0.1 at the end of the month if they do not become members of the site.

A: Each level of the Mahjong School is meant to put you in a situation when you can make one certain hand and thus having to make specific decisions for keeping of discarding tiles. You are given a certain combination (because in games with real opponents you have to make your decision at the very beginning for 85% of the time) thus the game will teach you to analyze the tiles you have and plan what to discard and what to keep.

A: Unfortunately, there is no possibility to turn it off since it is a tutorial and it helps beginners to learn the game faster and easier.
