MCR, American Mah jongg and European Riichi Marathons
Each Marathon is a half-year-long online tournament divided into 3 Seasons that run until Dec 15th, 2016
No need to pre-register or check in. The Marathon tournament starts when there are four players at the table, The Marathon scores are also counted towards your guild score. Look for "AM-Marathon" or "EMA-Marathon" tables in "Fun Games."
FREE Players Access to MCR Marathon Games
As of today players without a subscription (free players) can access MCR Marathon games and American Mah jongg Marathon games.
The Marathon tournaments are "Sit and Go". Thus, there is no need to pre-register for this tournament as this tournament starts as soon as four players are present at the table.
 The American Mah jongg Marathon features the following prizes:
First Place - Mah Jongg Carrying Case, Trophy, Medal on the avatar
Second Place - Trophy, 5,000 Gold Coins, Medal on the avatar
Third Place - Trophy, Medal on the avatar.

 The Riichi Marathon features the following prizes:
First Place - VIP subscription, 5,000 Gold Coins, Medal on the avatar
Second Place - Premium Subscription, Medal on the avatar

GMT events at Mahjong Time are official events with a global ranking system. The gold standard of skilled online Mahjong play, the GMT events are open to any challengers seeking to test themselves against the biggest names in online Mahjong from around the world!
Important Note: To be eligible for this year’s bonus GMT prizes a player MUST:
- Play the tournament using Mahjong Time EON
- Be a Mahjong Time member
