2. Base Hand: Seven Hands These hands are typically based upon the current year. Please note that White Dragon is used as zero in this case

	These hands are based upon multiplication or addition of a certain number.
a.	Kong of flowers, kong of 1, pair of 6, kong of 7 NOTE: use one suit or any three suits
	Example:
	Type:Exposed Point: 25
b.	Kong of flowers, kong of 2, pair of 5, kong of 7 NOTE : use one suit or any three suits
	Example:
	Type:Exposed Point: 25
c.	Kong of flowers, kong of 3, pair of 4, kong of 7 NOTE : use one suit or any three suits
	Example:
	Type: Exposed Point: 25
Base Hand: Quints These hands are based upon quints (five of a kind), which requires the use of Jokers, except on flower tiles (it is possible to get quint of flowers without a joker).
a.	Pair of 1 and singles of 2 and 3, quint of 1, quint of 1 NOTE: Any 3 suits , any 3 consecutive numbers, pair any number, pair & quints match
